The Role This role provides comprehensive and end-to-end copyright support to PRS members by managing copyright-related queries. It is designed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of copyright data, fostering confidence among rightsholders while driving operational efficiency within PRS systems and processes. Success in this position is achieved through the delivery of high-quality query resolution, proactive issue identification and remedy, and a commitment to continuous improvement across all copyright operations. Responsibilities As our Copyright Support Specialist , some of your day to day duties will include…. Manage end-to-end Copyright queries from PRS members, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Research, investigate and resolve complex copyright and data related issues. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure copyright information is accurate and up to date. Monitor copyright data integrity, escalating issues impacting member rights and payments. Maintain and improve operational standards in line with PRS policies, procedures and quality benchmarks.
