We’re expanding into the B2B space, offering smart post-purchase experiences (tracking, shipping protection, returns, and email notifications) for eCommerce brands and Shopify merchants across the globe.
What You’ll Do Conversion-Focused Copywriting
- Craft high-performing direct response copy across channels:
- Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Email marketing (nurture sequences, retention flows, product announcements)
- Landing pages, product pages, app store descriptions
- In-app microcopy (tooltips, banners, triggers)
- Video scripts, including demo walkthroughs and product explainers
- Write high-impact sales enablement materials:
- Product one-pagers
- Sales deck headlines & positioning blurbs
- Case study narratives & testimonial scripts
- Product launch messaging and FAQs
Product Messaging & Positioning
- Translate complex logistics/SaaS features into clear, compelling benefits
- Develop messaging frameworks based on different buyer personas (Shopify DTC brands, Ops Managers, CX Leads)
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Sales to align on value propositions and objection handling points
Testing & Optimization
- Use A/B testing, click-through data, and behavioral insights to continuously improve content performance
- Stay close to funnel metrics: drive higher CTRs, lower CPAs, stronger conversion rates across campaigns
Collaboration & Strategy
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals
- Brief and guide content creators and designers on UGC concepts and campaign angles
- Stay current with DTC/eCommerce trends, retention strategies, and buyer psychology
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in performance-driven copywriting, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce
- Strong Portfolio: Must have samples of direct response copy with proven conversion results
- Sales-Minded: Knows how to pitch product value, write for buyer objections, and support sales team efforts
- Product Fluency: Able to quickly understand and communicate software product features
- Fast Learner & Self-Starter: Comfortable in a startup-like environment; takes initiative and thrives on ownership
- Bonus Skills: Experience with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT), Notion, Figma, and basic HTML is a plus
