JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategically minded mid-level copywriter who can concept and execute short and long form copy across multiple projects and deadlines.
Our ideal candidate will have previous roles in creative production previous experience with insurance clients a strong knowledge of the marketing landscape and an eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Financial services industry client experience
  • Must have a portfolio of client copywriting work that demonstrates an ability to absorb interpret and apply client/internal direction
  • Should have previous experience in print and digital marketing projects
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office required
  • Familiarity with the role of accessibility in writing a plus
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Should thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and strict brand standards
Responsibilities
  • Write clear compelling and concise copy for a U.S. audience.
  • All work is to be done under the supervision of a creative director from the Digital Marketing agency Write for a range of digital channels including websites emails print collateral and presentation decks Utilize industry best practices to help support copywriting decisions
  • Partner with design team to help craft digital and print materials Interface with Project Managers and QA team members to implement revisions as needed during internal review.
  • If needed interface directly with client team to help defend messaging decisions and discuss any needed revisions.Take ownership of assignments from concept through completion
