Job Summary: As a Copywriter, you’ll turn briefs into powerful, concise messages across eDMs, push notifications, and inbox communications. You’ll shape the voice of CRM storytelling, finding fresh ways to connect with audiences while staying true to the brand tone. You’ll also help refine CRM copy guidelines, elevating the craft with every campaign. *Please share your writing/copy portfolio to be considered for the position. Role: Partner with creatives to ideate and produce impactful CRM campaigns across digital platforms. Write clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate copy for eDMs, push notifications, and in-app messages. Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and CMS partners to ensure creative integrity throughout execution. Support end-to-end CRM campaign delivery from ideation and drafting to production and optimisation. Contribute to the evolution of CRM copy guidelines by suggesting improvements to tone, structure, and readability. Manage your own workflow and timelines independently, gathering feedback and iterating with agility. Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful campaign execution through effective written communication. Execute ideas from concept to completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience writing for digital campaigns, CRM, or direct marketing in a fast-moving or high-growth environment. A compelling portfolio showcasing smart, impactful writing across short- and long-form content. Strong understanding of tone of voice, messaging strategy, and CRM writing best practices. Experience crafting copy for eDMs, push notifications, and in-app messages with awareness of character and platform constraints. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a flair for concise storytelling. Able to manage multiple deliverables at once, balancing creativity and precision under tight timelines. Collaborative and curious - energised by brainstorming, problem-solving, and experimenting with new ideas. Detail-oriented and strategic - skilled at turning complex ideas into simple, engaging messages. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
