REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator with a portfolio of published work that demonstrates strong brand storytelling and consistency.
  • Experience working alongside brand and PR agencies to execute content strategies that support company objectives.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand cohesion.
  • Experience with email marketing, social media scheduling, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for creativity, storytelling, and building a powerful, recognizable brand.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with AI platforms (Jasper/Scalenut)

As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, as well as external brand and PR agencies, to produce engaging and brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience while ensuring a seamless, high-impact user experience. Your work will play a crucial role in delivering company objectives through effective, on-brand messaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative, inspiring, and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice, tone, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Consistency: Focus on delivering content that reinforces and strengthens the brand’s identity, while maintaining a clear and consistent voice across multiple platforms.
  • Collaboration with Agencies: Partner with brand and PR agencies to align content strategies, ensuring the company’s objectives are met through cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Scheduling & Delivery: Utilise platforms to schedule and deliver content at optimal intervals, ensuring consistency and engagement across numerous channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with the team to understand user preferences, gather feedback, and refine content to drive increased engagement while keeping the brand message front and centre.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse user feedback and content performance to identify opportunities for enhancement, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s evolving needs.
  • Platform Management: Oversee content delivery tools and platforms, ensuring the smooth automation and optimization of the user journey while maintaining brand standards.
  • Analytics: Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our content strategy and its alignment with brand goals.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify organic reach and drive follower growth across social media platforms. Assist in organising and coordinating photography and videography shoots for the creation of high-quality marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
