THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Copywriter with experience in the health and wellness sector, as well as a personal passion for wellbeing to join our dynamic Brand Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting inspiring copy that empowers wellbeing across every touch point. You’ll work across multiple platforms - including emails, website, social media, digital ads, and more - ensuring that every word embodies our tone of voice. Obsession over details, quick thinking, and a collaborative spirit are key, as you’ll work closely with different departments to achieve KPIs across the business.
If you’re passionate about words and wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Support: Support the Brand and Growth Teams in building bold, distinctive campaigns that set us apart in the wellbeing space.
  • Content Creation: Initiate, write, and optimise engaging copy for emails, blogs, website homepages, social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns that educate and inspire in Healf’s tone of voice.
  • Brand Voice: Play a key role in ensuring our tone of voice shines through every word, connecting with our audience and bringing the brand to life through copy.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather insights, tailoring content to fit the unique objectives of each department.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest wellbeing trends and consumer behaviour, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Be obsessed with the details, bringing a proof-reader’s eye to every piece of copy. From emails to social posts to ads and more, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all outputs.
  • Small Details & Bigger Picture: Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple deadlines, delivering daily tasks while also developing larger projects. Your ability to adapt and respond swiftly to changing needs will be key in keeping content fresh, relevant, and a crucial part of our drive to build the world’s best wellbeing brand.
