Summary: The Global Copywriter at Huda Beauty is responsible for the creation and implementation of compelling content to inspire customers, drive business growth, and increase customer engagement while mastering the brand’s tone of voice. The Global Copywriter will work closely with various teams within the business, including but not limited to: Global Marketing, Brand, Product Development, VM and Creative to ensure all copy is consistent across brand and product launches. Please note that this is a Freelance contract position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, i.e.- campaign, product, social, editorial, and experiential — ensuring consistency and long-term brand equity. Write social-first copy for all launches and brand campaigns, ensuring messaging is platform-native, timely, and culturally fluent. Write compelling, insight-driven copy for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned platforms. Ensure messaging consistentcy across the full organization. Lead long-form editorial storytelling, owning ongoing monthly content (e.g. newsletters, founder letters, Substack-style editorial) that builds narrative beyond launches. Stay closely connected to beauty, social, cultural, and SEO trends, with a strong pulse on emerging platforms, conversations, and formats. Explore and help implement AI-assisted copy tools to scale efficiency without compromising quality Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus Passion for beauty Tapped into cultural trends Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships Positive, proactive, and excited to learn Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar Able to support multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Huda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
