This role is critical to our continued success across multiple international markets, and will lead on creating engaging content to support our growth ambitions across social channels.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Copywriter with a strong background in crafting compelling content for lead generation, social media advertising, TV scripts, and more. As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing engaging copy that drives results across various channels. You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audiences and aligns with our brands voices
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing persuasive and high-converting copy for digital campaigns, traditional media, and emerging platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Significant, demonstrable experience as a copywriter, preferably within an advertising agency, in-house marketing team, or similar environment.
- Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation tactics, and social media advertising.
- Media Expertise: Experience writing scripts for TV and online video ads is highly desirable.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand stories that engage audiences and drive action.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and evolving project needs.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting work, including digital ads, TV scripts, and other marketing materials.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Basic understanding of video production processes and storyboarding.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Advertising: Craft compelling copy for social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that captures attention, communicates value propositions, and drives clicks and engagement.
- TV/Video Scripts: Write engaging and impactful TV and video scripts that effectively communicate our brand message while resonating with our audience in a memorable way.
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
- Content Development: Create on-brand, clear, and concise copy for digital and traditional marketing materials including banners, print ads, website content, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Audience Research: Understand target audience personas and market trends to create content that speaks directly to customer needs, behaviours, and interests.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns to life, from concept to execution.
