Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Copywriter at VML, you will be a vital part of the creative team, responsible for developing outstanding campaigns. You will dive deep into the essence of our client’s brands, telling their stories through captivating and original copy that resonates with diverse audiences. Working closely with an Art Director and other creative experts, you’ll help bring innovative projects to life.
We’re looking for someone with agency experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to evolve, delivering market-leading, groundbreaking work. If you have a talent for telling memorable stories and bringing brands to life, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency setting.
  • A strong knack for creative thinking and top-notch writing skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust tone and style to fit different audiences and platforms.
  • Solid communication skills to pitch ideas and work closely with designers and other team members.
  • A passion for digital and social media, always staying up to date with what’s new in the industry.
  • The ability to tell compelling stories and present your ideas in a way that captivates and engages.
  • Fluent Polish and a good grasp of English (B2 level or higher).
