The Role: Shikho, one of of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing EdTech companies, is looking for a Copywriter (Sr. Executive/ Executive) to join our Brand & Production team. If you can craft words that inspire, sell, and spark conversations, this role is for you! Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead all copywriting efforts across campaigns, ads, digital platforms, and brand communications. - Supervise and mentor junior copywriters to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all assets. - Develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that drive engagement and revenue. - Supervise and mentor junior copywriters to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all assets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, video production, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. - Write short-form and long-form content (scripts, ads, campaign taglines, web/app copy, social posts, etc.). - Create and oversee content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal/academic moments. - Integrate AI-powered tools to boost productivity, idea generation, and content variations. - Ensure copy is impactful, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
