This position is with Mint, Salt’s sister company. While Salt is supporting Mint with the recruitment process, the successful candidate will be employed directly by Mint and will receive Mint’s perks, benefits, and employment terms. The Role: Mint is looking for a passionate, talented Copywriter to join our team. Reporting to a CD, you’ll get the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of integrated campaigns and projects - including experiential, content, digital, print, pr and more. Responsible for concept-driven ideas, tactical executions and overall copy direction, the Copywriter is a key collaborative member of the creative team. Responsibilities: Generate ideas based on creative briefs that are grounded in relevant culture, trends, and insights Develop and steer copy direction of projects Collaborate with agency peers, partners, vendors, and clients Present creative work compellingly to both internal stakeholders and clients alike Skills and Experience: 2-5+ years of experience at a creative agency Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work, both in concept and craft Strong presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, oral and written Experience in writing for different formats, for example film, print, web, XM, social, and branding About Mint We’re a creative agency made of culture creatures with multidisciplinary expertise across all major marketing disciplines.
