Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Coral Gardens, a 118 unit community located in the heart of Phoenix. We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional who is organized, hands on, and ready to hit the ground running on day one. This role requires someone who takes ownership of the property, manages the maintenance technician effectively, and communicates clearly with the Community Manager and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.
