Description Maintenance Technician Coral Gardens Apartments Phoenix, Arizona Full-Time Hourly On-Call Rotation Required Celtic Property Management is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coral Gardens in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of resident service, and helps keep the community operating safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Complete apartment make readies and unit turns Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Assist with grounds, common areas, and exterior maintenance Participate in on call emergency rotations Follow all safety procedures and company standards Requirements What We’re Looking For Maintenance experience preferred with apartment or multifamily experience a plus Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must supply own basic hand tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work indoors and outdoors as needed Schedule and Pay Full time hourly position Weekend and on call availability required on rotation Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and 11 paid holidays Opportunities for growth within a stable company If you are dependable, skilled, and ready to be part of a team that values quality work and accountability, we encourage you to apply.
