Responsibilities

AS A SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards on Salesforce.com as well as Tableau to support actionable recommendations for leadership team
  • Reporting on Sales KPIs such as Pipeline Creation, Proposals generated which are tracked per sales manager
  • Analyzing sales forecasts in Salesforce.com and generating reports on Sales Manager target achievement versus assigned annual plan
  • Reporting to Commercial Excellence team the Sales’ team add-on / cross-selling bonus achievement
  • Supporting and participate in marketing activities and providing other administrative support
  • Maintaining Deal Machine / Salesforce.com data quality and sharing reports to individual Sales Managers for rectification of any defects
  • Supporting the Sales Managers in onboarding new customers through the designated KYC process
  • Following up on PO / Order booking status and confirming all POs are booked in a timely manner each quarter
  • Managing industry event planning for which the Sales team hosts / participates in and tracking leads generated during these vents for ROI analysis
  • Being the focal point between customer marketing team and Baker Hughes marketing team to manage post-event social media postings and relevant approvals

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
  • Have proficient IT skills including MS Office/Outlook + Salesforce /Deal Machine (preferred) + Tableau Software
  • Have strong organization and planning skills to manage all aspects of industry events
  • Have ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Have winning mindset with well developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Be Eligible to work in UAE without company sponsorship or legal restriction.
