Job Details Job Location: Admin Building - Nashville, TN Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Position Summary The Core Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and enhancement of the credit union’s core system (Corelation Keystone) and other integrated business applications. This individual serves as a critical liaison between internal departments, third-party vendors, and leadership, ensuring the organization leverages technology effectively to achieve business goals. This role combines technical expertise with strong business analysis and project coordination skills. The Core Administrator will work across departments to identify system improvements, design functional solutions, support implementation efforts, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Corelation Keystone core system, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Identify system enhancements and recommend solutions that align with business needs and organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Manage and execute core and application-related projects, including scope, timelines, and resources. Develop, test, and maintain batch and UI scripts to automate and improve system functions. Coordinate and execute software releases, updates, and patches in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Manage system batches and jobs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing. Assist with functional design, testing, documentation, and training related to system changes and enhancements. Serve as a liaison between departments and third-party vendors, supporting integration and issue resolution. Maintain documentation of system configurations, scripts, processes, and procedures. Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices relevant to credit union operations and core systems. Qualifications Required: Proven experience managing a core banking system, preferably Corelation Keystone. Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for scripting, querying, and automation. Strong understanding of business processes within a financial institution. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Preferred: Experience working in or supporting a credit union or banking environment. Familiarity with batch processing and scripting tools used in Corelation Keystone. Background in project management, with the ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Knowledge of related business applications, third-party integrations, and financial systems.
