Offrir aux clients un service agréable, efficace et professionnel conformément aux standards Four Seasons 2. Répondre à tous les appels de manière plaisante en utilisant le nom du client interne ou externe, et en mettant en relation avec le poste désiré en fonction de sa requête. 3. Faire et effectuer le suivi des appels de réveil pour les clients de l’hôtel. 4. Gérer les demandes des «Ne pas déranger», des postes occupés, des transferts d’appels, des mises en attente, des appels en attente, des Diverts (dérivation des appels d’une chambre à une autre), des COS, des NCOS7 et des mises en relation avec les messageries vocales. 5. Savoir organiser une conférence Call. 6. Coordonner les requêtes téléphoniques spéciales pour des clients que ce soit dans leur chambre ou en salle de réunion. 7. Assister les clients dans leurs appels locaux, nationaux ou internationaux. 8. Effectuer la facturation des clients en salle de réunion concernant les ouvertures de lignes téléphoniques, fax et accès internet. 9. Agir en cas de situation d’urgence ou de sécurité dans l’hôtel. 10. Informer un superviseur ou responsable des plaintes et commentaires clients et faire les efforts appropriés. 11. Apporter un appui à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux employés et les aider dans leurs tâches.
