We are seeking a Core Enterprise Systems - Business Analyst to join our brilliant team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and evolving our Core Enterprise Systems (CES), ensuring they support our organisation’s needs now and into the future. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Core Enterprise Systems and associated applications.
• Ensure the accurate recording of property, person, rating, GIS, and subdivision data in CES.
• Translate business needs into practical software solutions that align with organisational goals.
• Support software development and commissioning efforts to enhance functionality and streamline workflows.
• Provide expert input on projects, including data analysis and business case development.
• Implement business analytics solutions within CES to support data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver end-user training on CES tools and processes.
• Conduct application testing to ensure functionality and identify bugs or defects.
• Support Business Process Mapping and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor CES databases for performance and data integrity.
