The Role As a Senior Product Manager for Core Integrations at Solv, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of one of the most critical layers of our platform: the connections that power scheduling, payments, and the patient experience. Every appointment booked and every payment processed depends on reliable, scalable integrations. Integrations are the foundation of how millions of patients interact with Solv every day. You’ll lead the charge in making those integrations deeper, faster, and more resilient, while unlocking new capabilities that drive customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. This is a full-time remote role based in the U.S. Candidates must be available to work Eastern hours. What You’ll Be Doing Define and deliver a roadmap that makes our integrations more reliable, resilient, and scalable, while unlocking new capabilities. Improve customer satisfaction by strengthening integration depth and reliability, from patient matching to scheduling workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer teams, and GTM to turn integration improvements into better experiences for patients and clinics. Stay close to the customer - conduct user research, analyze product usage, and track competitive trends to keep decisions anchored in real needs. Define clear success criteria - monitor integration performance, and use insights to guide continuous improvement What You'll Bring 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on EMR integrations. Experience working with APIs, HL7, FHIR, RPA, and other integration standards, with the ability to dive deep with engineers and make clear trade-offs. Technical curiosity and comfort with complexity, helping shape architecture for scale, resilience, and performance. A startup mindset - thriving in ambiguity, moving quickly, and shaping process where none exists. A data-driven approach, defining success criteria, instrumenting for visibility. Strong SQL skills are preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, operations, and GTM teams around shared outcomes. A balanced perspective on AI, knowing when it’s the right lever and when simpler solutions win. Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
