Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions as part of the Trading Engineering organization supporting the Eqlipse trading platform.
• Support existing clients in APAC, ensuring software reliability, performance, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sydney and across Nasdaq's global teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain and improve code quality, structure, and engineering standard processes.
• Participate in cross-timezone coordination with overseas teams and customers, with occasional flexibility outside of core working hours.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in software engineering using Java, Maven, and Git.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Business-level English proficiency — able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones as needed.
