Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of software quality assurance or test experience in mobile or
automotive industry, 3+ years of experience in testing Android code, 3 years
as a Scrum lead, Product owner or Team Lead
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and tools
Strong experience with test automation framework (e.g.: Robot
Framework / Appium)
Programming skills in common languages, such as Python, JAVA
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process
Knowledge of connectivity technologies
Experience with vehicle communication network protocols (CAN, Ethernet)
as a plus
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently and deliver
on time in a fast-paced work environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coordination skills, and
interpersonal skills

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
equivalent field
Advanced degrees and certifications preferred

Responsibilities

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build an effective QA team, mentor the team and efficiently
    manage the resources to support the projects and ensure the

quality delivery

  • Guide and provide feedback on team member’s performance

and behavior

  • Support EGM on hiring process with acquisition of new talents
  • Define test strategy and test plan based on software

development plan for the projects

  • Work with the team to design detailed test cases and setup the

test environment

  • Develop test tools and test scripts to automate the testing
  • Prepare test report, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute

to defect prevention

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and

methodologies
