We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who will be joining the Harrods team. You will be providing technical support for Harrod’s Networks.
This role will be 5 days a week, Monday to Friday at our Knightsbridge Office.

As a Network Support Engineer you will be ensuring maximum service availability and performance through proactive monitoring, reporting and planning. This role will involve contributing to the overall support and design of the Harrods Infrastructure
This role will work within the Network Support team providing proven technical support knowledge. Ensuring the business expectations are managed through clear and regular communication and demonstrate commit to agreed SLA’s in order to strive to be a source of accountability.
