Job Description We’re looking for a Core Services Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team within L&G Retail. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our Change Portfolio and ensuring smooth operations across Data and Technology functions. You’ll be a key point of contact for over 250 colleagues, helping us maintain high standards and deliver exceptional service. What you'll be doing: Providing administrative support to delivery teams and stakeholders Managing the PMO mailbox and responding promptly to queries Coordinating and booking meetings, including logistics for governance forums Assisting with procurement activities and processing purchase orders Maintaining accurate project documentation and centralised repositories Generating and processing reports and datasets to support governance Administering PMO tools such as SharePoint, Jira and PowerBI Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recommending automation Qualifications Who we're looking for: Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail A customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across teams Previous experience in financial administration, including budgets and invoicing Proficiency in Office 365 tools including Power BI, SharePoint and Teams Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile desirable) Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
