Description

Develop STA point of view with support of Technical Experts on manufacturing feasibility risk assessment and manufacturing readiness of new technologies. Develop manufacturing feasibility plans for new parents, new technology, and high-risk commodities. Drive robust sourcing risk assessments for Thermal system suppliers. Develop global lessons learned and prevent recurrence. Provide support to Site STA engaging supplier's Global Management team to address systemic quality, capacity, and manufacturing issues. Lead the development and maintenance of thermal system manufacturing standards. Collaborate with your peers in Product Development and STA. Established and active employee resource groups 5+ years experience in thermal systems. Operational experience in thermal manufacturing processes and process control. Bachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Flexibility to travel approximately 80% Ability to speak and write in the English language fluently to effectively communicate with global teams. Bachelor of Science/Engineering or academic equivalent, MBA/MS preferred - Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical. Advanced knowledge of thermal systems manufacturing process with hands-on experience. Experience in process planning, implementation, and launch in thermal systems manufacturing systems. Performing manufacturing feasibility assessments. 5+ years of relevant management experience Experience in project management and/or program launch.
