Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Slip and Slide Activities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our slip and slide sessions and events, ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience for participants, and managing a team of staff. From ensuring proper safety measures to providing an unforgettable guest experience, you’ll be the driving force behind our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily operations of slip and slide attractions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage a team of activity coordinators and staff, providing leadership, training, and guidance.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and ready for use.
  • Monitor guest participation, ensuring fun, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience.
