Your responsibilities will include: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Provide structured project leadership and delegate responsibilities effectively Ensure full accountability for project success from concept through commercialization Guide teams through product design, process changes, and technical decisions Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Identify and manage compliance and quality risks throughout project lifecycle Coach and guide geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment Provide performance-related feedback to functional managers Apply Product Lifecycle Process (PLCP) best practices to drive high-quality outcomes Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Drive improvements in cross-functional systems and operations Strategic thinking Communication Planning and prioritization Cross-functional collaboration Influence and decision-making Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or project management Minimum of 7 years' experience in project or program management Proven experience leading both small and large cross-functional project teams Ability to travel internationally up to 10% Works independently with minimal supervision PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Experience in product development or product lifecycle management Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Technical problem-solving expertise
