POSITION IS REMOTE/HYBRID/IN-OFFICE   The Producer serves as a key contributor in all aspects of event strategy, design, and production for live, virtual and hybrid events. The ideal Producer is highly organized with extensive event strategy experience and knows how to bring to life a creative vision all while putting the client at ease by showing them we understand how to bring their story to life. This position requires an elevated skillset including negotiation expertise and strong business and marketing skills to manage long-term client and project needs. Supporting a Fortune 500 client base, the Producer will work closely with production counterparts (in-house and freelance), internal sales professionals, program managers, end clients, and suppliers, to execute to the clients’ vision. This role requires the ability to calmly adjust on the fly and proactively work to lead, guide, and consult clients and their experiences in production forward and trending directions – executing the client’s story flawlessly.     Client Management: * Works closely with the pre-sale and event operations teams; functions as primary production contact for the client team during the live, virtual and/or hybrid meeting design and execution process. * Establishes an excellent working relationship with clients and continuously strives to improve the level of overall service the company is providing. * Participates in client meetings and conference calls to establish the importance of storytelling and influence stakeholders into engaging in production forward solutions. * Understands the client’s audience to effectively shape event messaging, agenda, and content. * Consults client during pre-sale phase on production solution options, recommendations, and pricing in partnership with business development and design teams. * Collaborates with the operations team to manage client expectations on budget, timelines, project progress, etc. * Provides weekly updates on hours/budget within each project to others in the team. Pre, During, and Post-Production * Works with clients to translate their message through the most effective and unique production mediums. * Establishes a trust level with clients in order to build long-lasting relationships, leading to new opportunities to grow the business organically. * Works closely with the Business Development and Operations team members; assists in the development of the SOW (Scope of Work) and budget parameters for projects leveraging outside suppliers. Maximizes and monitors opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies. * Works closely with Director of Supplier Relationship Management to negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy. * Drives the content development process including creating or re-designing agendas and translating them into show flows while guiding clients on engagement best practices throughout the pre-show process. * Assists the program manager in coordinating logistics and overall production of events, including but not limited to, site visits, production vendor procurement, content coordination and asset management, schedule planning, coordination of scenic, platform branding, and more – always maintaining frequent and thorough communication with both clients and team members. * Supports the program manager with managing budgets and provides financial and production reports of expenditures post-event. * Schedules and leads regular pre-production meetings with the team beyond the project kickoff; establishes and communicates timelines and expectations with internal team in line with client expectations. Communicates and shares project timeline calendars with the client for review/approval. * Fields questions and offers guidance to team members to assist with creative problem solving. * Coordinates the production and handoff of final deliverables, including notes, production documents, content files, program recordings, etc. * Leads production teams through the live, virtual or hybrid event execution process. Oversees execution of production logistics onsite: responsible for AV oversight, call times, communication with crew, vendor management, and other tasks as needed. * Confidently liaises with presenters of all levels including senior executives, both from within the client organization and internally, to provide integrity to all presenter meeting content including presentation, video, agendas, and rehearsal schedules with version control as priority.   Additional Department Duties * Integrates new technologies/stays abreast of all new opportunities in event production and suggests new ways to implement these trends/technologies. * Collaborates with Operations and others in the team to develop and improve workflows. * Helps to ensure SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are monitored and achieved throughout the event development process. * Writes, updates, and maintains documentation related to the role. * Works in tandem with the design/operations team to ensure the ideas are brought to life and ensure the project is within budget and delivered on time, exceeding client expectations every step of the way. * Will perform other duties as required. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, graphic or fine arts, digital design, computer science or a related field required, or a combination of education and work experience in a similar position * Comfortable working closely with senior level executives globally * Possess a strong set of hands-on production skills * Experience shaping the actual content and format of events (live and virtual) * Strong understanding of all areas of event production, including audio recording and mixing, lighting, staging, projection, etc. for live stage events and virtual meetings * Track record of producing high-quality large-scale meetings and events * Understanding of best practice production methodologies * Proficient knowledge with Microsoft office softwareModels behavior that reflects our organization’s Vision and Core Beliefs. * Exceptionally organized individual who leverages a wealth of experience in meeting and production deadlines, uncovering solutions and successfully exceeding expectations in a results-oriented fast-past environment. * Able to work effectively in an environment that isn’t bound by the traditional ‘9 to 5’ mentality. * Confident and action-oriented; able to resolve issues quickly and creatively in high-pressure situations. * Is a self-starter with a positive attitude who brings ideas to the table. * Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and with individuals at all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with senior-level management. * Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively to contribute ideas that will drive value in a dynamic, client-centered environment. * Exceptional attention to detail, verbal & written communication, and organizational skills; able to effectively manage a high volume of demanding, concurrent projects. * Outstanding customer service orientation including professional presence and superior client relationship skills. * Strong initiative; able to identify actionable items and delegate them independently.
