As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers personally and to customer vehicle stockyards. You will work closely with the sales & operations team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government and corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Receiving government clients and presenting vehicle specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (SFDC), including client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Facilitating external visits to meet with Fleet and Government clients to strengthen relationships and understand their specific needs. Arranging and assisting with test drives. Qualifications: Ability to write and speak in both Arabic and English. A driving license and 5+ years of driving experience are a must. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous experience in customer-facing activities is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
