Responsible for performing activities associated with planning and execution of email and mobile messaging. Partner with Campaign Management to activate digital communications with a heavy emphasis on personalized and dynamic content and refined customer segments. Responsibilities
  • Work with Digital Communications Manager (Planning and Execution) to schedule all emails
  • Work with Campaign Managers on creative briefs using industry best practices and learnings from Kroger’s email performance
  • Utilize various workflow management systems to approve and deliver all necessary assets to Digital Communications Developers for coding
  • Interface with targeting teams to ensure proper lists and validate audience size
  • Serve as ongoing resource for Campaign Managers and Creative Services to ensure optimal output and efficient processes
  • Use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness of digital communications
  • Share digital communications best practices and processes with various stakeholders
