Job Descriptions: We are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Account Executive to grow EF Corporate department. This person will open potential new markets and industry by ensuring that these clients get their English Training Program tailored exclusively for their staff as well as maintaining the best service experience. Responsibilities: * Generating and expanding new B2B opportunities across Indonesia * Meeting new sales target, account growth, and retention rate * Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients to achieve long term partnerships, including grow clients' performance, contract renewals, identify new opportunities, and upsell opportunities * Plan, pitch, negotiate, and execute meetings, networking activities, and sales demo presentation. * Focusing on high growth of B2B new sales; developing and leading a long-term sales and growth strategy * Ensuring that customer service satisfaction and good client relationships are of main importance * Work with cross functional department such as marketing, academic, finance, and other related stakeholders to ensure smooth deliverables. * Ensure timely & detailed service and sales report of corporate account performance Minimum Requirements: * A minimum of 2-years experience in Sales & Business Development * A relevant bachelor's qualification or equivalent experience/master degree preferred * Proven experience in growing a consumer brand across B2B sector, such as edtech, eCommerce, media, finance, travel, FMCG, etc. * Proven strong track record of hitting sales target * Fluent in English both oral and written * Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time * Ability to multitask and juggle several tasks simultaneously * An existing network of business contacts is essential, i.e. schools, institutions, corporates and governments * Confident in networking, Tech Savvy, Familiar with CRM * Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude * Willingness to travel (light)
