In this pivotal role, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer success and nurturing strategic client relationships. By focusing on both people development and account management, you'll play a crucial part in scaling the company's operations while aligning our client management practices with best-in-class standards. \n Accountabilities Manage and develop a team of 3-4 Corporate Account Managers. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support team development and address challenges. Set performance expectations and hold team accountable to metrics. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Analyze team performance data and identify improvement areas. Provide strategic support on complex client negotiations and renewals. Escalate issues and feedback related to account health. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 6+ years in B2B customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS. 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership readiness. Proven ability to exceed retention and growth targets. Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and coach team members. Exceptional communication skills for diverse interactions and presentations. Consultative selling skills to understand and align with client needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM solutions, especially Salesforce, and data analysis. Technical aptitude and capacity to quickly learn new account management concepts.
