About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing your client portfolio, partnering closely with clients, underwriters and internal teams to deliver smart, tailored insurance solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to drive outcomes for your clients, while being backed by a strong team and national network. What you’ll be doing Building and strengthening long-term client relationships Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio and win new business Providing expert advice and responsive service to meet client needs Working closely with underwriters and partners to secure the best outcomes Managing renewals, including premium calculations and negotiations Proactively demonstrating your network to generate new opportunities What will set you up for success You’re someone who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities. You’re confident, proactive, and know how to adapt your style depending on your audience. Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current Level 5 General Insurance qualification Track record in client retention and new business growth Strong communication skills—whether face-to-face, over the phone or in writing Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities A genuine passion for delivering great client outcomes Why join us?
