Build trusted corporate partnerships, drive growth and make a real impact About the role As a Corporate Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and strengthening our corporate client portfolio, delivering sustainable and profitable membership growth under a trusted Australian health brand. This role is all about relationships, results and impact. You’ll work closely with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored health solutions that genuinely meet client needs. Through strategic account management, proactive engagement and data-driven insights, you’ll help drive meaningful commercial outcomes while modelling professionalism, integrity and resilience. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of your performance, contribute to the success of the wider Corporate Sales team, and make a real difference to both clients and members. This position is a maximum term contract for a period of approximately 12 months. Key responsibilities Achieve new business, retention and growth targets across your corporate portfolio Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and newly implemented corporate accounts Analyse sales performance, portfolio data and market insights to identify growth opportunities Develop and execute clear account and sales plans with measurable outcomes Build strong, trusted relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders, brokers and partners Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts Conduct needs analysis and deliver tailored corporate presentations aligned to client objectives Maintain regular engagement through meetings, activations, reviews and touchpoints Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and reporting About you You’re a commercially savvy relationship builder who thrives in a results-driven environment. You bring a strong account management background and are motivated by delivering value — for clients, members and the business.
