Description Kendall Auto Group, a premier employer in the Treasure Valley, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Accountant. This is not a remote position and requires on-site work in Meridian, Idaho. Kendall Management Group LLC provides executive services to Kendall Automotive Group LLC, Kendall Development Group LLC, NAFCO Finance and Budget Rent a Car of Alaska. Kendall Automotive Group operates as a consolidated group of franchised auto dealerships located in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Alaska. Kendall Development LLC operates varies related entities that primarily own dealership real estate. NAFCO Finance is a finance company that offers financing to related dealership customers. Budget Rent a Car of Alaska operates rental vehicle operations at four major airports in Alaska. The Kendall Group currently employs close to 3,000 employees. This position will initially provide support to other Corporate Accounting personnel. Duties will include the following: Working in our dealer management software processing transactions. Working extensively in excel, updating amortization schedules, reconciling accounts, and updating vendor lists. Performing some administrative support to the Kendall Real Estate department Project accounting Other support functions as assigned Work Qualifications: Experience with full cycle accounting Understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP 2 or more years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting Excellent proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Accounting Systems Excellent Communication Skills Education Qualifications: Accounting education and/or college degree a plus Positive work references required Compensation & Benefits: Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
