Arpeg is a proud founding member of And-Co where human-centric experiences are at the forefront of our team culture/ Once you're here, you'll own: Budget preparation & ongoing variance analysis to support cash flow management Importance: 30% Conduct reviews of corporate card expense reports and departmental reimbursements. Prepare corporate budgets, leveraging financial expertise to support strategic execution. Support cash flow management, banking activities, and treasury-related accounting. Reporting compliance Importance: 25% Ensure best practices, regulatory requirements, and GAAP standards for all monthly, quarterly, and annual filings. Monthly filings: PST/GST; Worksafe, etc. Collaboration in the preparation of year-end financial statements. Shareholder and Capital partner relationship management Importance: 20% Manage shareholder loan accounts and reporting requirements. Finance and Accounting collaboration Importance: 15% Inspire team effectiveness in the pursuit of operational excellence, while critically assessing resource allocation for continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership, operations, and other departments to support business initiatives through financial insights. Participate in implementation and optimization of accounting systems. Payroll execution and oversight Importance: 10% Semi-monthly payroll processing, ROE issuance, T4 filings Compilation of monthly reporting. Maintaining clear communication with team members.
