ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYFINANCIAL OPERATIONS & REPORTING

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial activities, including journal entries for accruals, asset depreciation, and internal group allocations
  • Perform reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial records are accurate, balanced, and in compliance with internal controls
  • Regularly monitor cash activity to validate transaction accuracy and proper categorization
  • Support the configuration of employees in the expense management platform and coordinate electronic fund transfers
  • Provide timely financial insights and data support in response to internal and audit-related requests

Supplier & Disbursement Management

  • Collaborate with international team members on invoice processing and payment workflow activities
  • Generate and review scheduled payment batches, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and compliant with policies
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies professionally and efficiently

Compensation Support

Domestic Payroll

  • Assist in bi-monthly payroll runs, ensuring proper handling of deductions, benefit contributions, and executive payments
  • Record payroll data in financial systems and verify reconciliations align with actual payments and financial reporting
  • Partner with HR teams to update payroll records and handle off-cycle or specialized compensation requests
  • Participate in the preparation of annual government submissions and tax-related filings

Global Mobility & Expatriate Payroll

  • Administer payroll for internationally assigned employees, calculating net pay, applicable withholdings, and tax obligations
  • Coordinate global payroll payments, including initiating fund transfers and booking intercompany charges
  • Produce compensation summaries and invoices for cross-border payroll transactions

About You

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, payroll administration, and payables
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP and finance platforms such as SAP and Concur; familiarity with Dayforce or similar payroll systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complete financial close cycles
  • Skilled in payroll processing for both local and international staff, including reconciliations and statutory filings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail and organizational precision
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and employee information
  • Capable of balancing multiple high-priority tasks in dynamic and fast-paced work environments
