Job Description Would you like to apply your IFRS expertise in an international environment and take ownership of complex accounting topics? Join our Home Comfort Finance team. In this role, you will take responsibility for selected IFRS topics with a strong focus on IFRS3/IAS36/IAS38 and help ensure high-quality, compliant and timely consolidated financial reporting. You will prepare and analyze quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements for the Home Comfort subgroup, thereby ensuring maximum transparency. Taking technical ownership of selected IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 3, IAS 36, and IAS 38, you will ensure their consistent application. In addition, you will track developments in IFRS, interpret relevant requirements, and ensure their consistent application across the organization. You will review and approve material and non-standard journal entries within your area of responsibility. As a central point of contact, you will provide advisory support to auditors and internal stakeholders both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, you will provide technical accounting guidance to the global HC finance community, particularly on IFRS and income tax topics. You will identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the enhancement of reporting and consolidation processes. Last but not least, you will support projects in the area of IFRS financial reporting and consolidation. Qualifications Education: completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration, or a comparable field Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in IFRS accounting and corporate reporting; very good knowledge of IFRS, ideally with a focus on IFRS 3, IAS 36, and IAS 38; familiarity with consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting is a plus; good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, particularly Excel Personality and working style: you are able to analyze complex issues and develop precise solutions while maintaining high quality standards in your work; you work independently and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in challenging situations, and deliver results in a solution-oriented way; you communicate clearly and convincingly in an international environment and adapt flexibly to new circumstances; you integrate well into teams and actively contribute to joint success Languages: fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Additional Information We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
