We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to be responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, financial reporting, asset management, and balance sheet accuracy. This role will lead the month-end close, ensures GAAP compliance, and manages audit and internal controls. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Oversee fixed assets and prepaid assets within Workday Asset Management. Own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, amortization, disposals, transfers, and impairments. Manage account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entry review. Maintain capitalization policies and prepare technical accounting memos as needed. Oversee bank reconciliations and posting of bank fees. Reconcile corporate credit card liability accounts. Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations. Maintain and update corporate accounting policies and procedures. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and financial reporting insights. Lead and develop corporate accounting staff, ensuring high-quality review and oversight. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience working with or for U.S.-based companies. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with demonstrated experience applying accounting principles in a US corporate environment. Experience supporting global accounting operations, including cross-border transactions and multi-entity structures. Experience with Workday Financials (Asset Management module) is a plus. Strong expertise in general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); PowerPoint is a plus. Solid understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and foreign exchange (FX) principles. Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment with strong communication skills across global teams.
