JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Corporate Account Co-ordinator to work with existing customer sites as the first point of contact, dealing with day to day enquiries, providing key reports to ensure KPIs are met and implementing short term objectives. Supporting the growth of sales alongside the Director of Corporate Accounts through driving customer compliance and smooth onboarding and management of new customers.
Hours to be worked Monday to Friday 8.30 -5pm with an hour for lunch. We are an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Supporting the Director of Corporate Accounts with the day-to-day management of the existing customer base. Also works alongside the Customer Support Department as a point of escalation for any customer issues/needs.
