Internal Networking/Key Relationships

  • The Corporate Accounts Director will interface on a regular basis with customer service, marketing, sales operations, finance, field service, clinical specialists and other functional areas across the organization as needed.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business or scientific discipline preferred)
  • Minimum of five years prior sales experience. Medical and/or capital sales into IHN market preferred
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health care market

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 60-70% as required

  • Achieves sales, profit and share growth objectives within targeted IHN’s, IDN’s, Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts.
  • Prepares strategic plans to build long term partnerships within targeted IHN’s, IDN’s, Group Purchasing Organizations or other corporate accounts.
  • Develops and implements the plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall project lead to coordinate activities across internal Werfen departments and teams.
  • Negotiates and maintains Corporate Agreements for Werfen’s products.
  • Conducts regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
  • Provides market intelligence for the Sales organization.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by VP Commercial Operations and the National Director Corporate Accounts.
  • Responsible for complying with all ISO mandated policies, procedures and instructions
