JOB SUMMARY

Corporate Action Officer is responsible for end-to-end processing of both domestic and offshore corporate action events, including mandatory and voluntary announcements, payments, FX transactions, and share conversions. This role also ensures regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and coordination with Auditors and third parties.

• To monitor and process reconciliation of mandatory and voluntary event
• To monitor and process payment of mandatory and voluntary event
• To monitor and process FX transaction related to Corporate Action event/income
• To monitor and process FX supporting document related to Corporate Action event/income
• To monitor and process market claim related to Corporate Action event
• To monitor and process conversion of shares (from script to scriptless and vice versa)

Offshore Corporate Action

• To monitor and process mandatory and voluntary announcement
• To monitor and process reconciliation of mandatory and voluntary event
• To monitor and process payment of mandatory and voluntary event
• To monitor and process funding of mandatory and voluntary event
• To monitor and process queries to custodian/agent
