CORPORATE ACTIONS ADMINISTRATOR
- Bath/Hybrid – work from home 2 days per week
- Up to £25,400 p/a DOE
We are currently working with fantastic financial services organisation based in the heart of Bath, who are looking for a strong administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone with exceptional organisational skills as you will be processing high volumes of information within strict deadlines.
As a Corporate Actions Administrator, you will be responsible for Corporate Action, Distribution, and Cash Interest processing. Other duties will include:
- Liaising with third parties such as Fund Managers, Transfer Agents, and Auditors
- Achieving departmental targets, SLAs, and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing tasks and workload to meet strict deadlines
- Supporting wider departments with ad hoc duties as needed
Required skills and experience:
- Financial services experience is desirable
- Previous experience dealing with administrative duties
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Excel
