CORPORATE ACTIONS ADMINISTRATOR

  • Bath/Hybrid – work from home 2 days per week
  • £24,500 - £28,000 (Depending on experience)
  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
    We are currently working with fantastic financial services organisation based in the heart of Bath, who are looking for a strong administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone with exceptional organisational skills as you will be processing high volumes of information within strict deadlines.

As a Corporate Actions Administrator, you will be responsible for Corporate Action, Distribution, and Cash Interest processing. Other duties will include:

  • Liaising with third parties such as Fund Managers, Transfer Agents, and Auditors
  • Achieving departmental targets, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing tasks and workload to meet strict deadlines
  • Supporting wider departments with ad hoc duties as needed

Required skills and experience:

  • Financial services experience is desirable
  • Previous experience dealing with administrative duties
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Excel
