We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to play a key role in our global Corporate Actions function. In this hands on role, you’ll act as a senior technical expert—owning complex event analysis, guiding day to day BAU operations, and helping uplift the team’s capabilities. What You’ll Do Own complex global corporate action events—bringing deep expertise to ensure timely, high‑quality decisioning. Lead the full event lifecycle, safeguarding data accuracy, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance. Navigate and resolve high‑complexity issues independently, escalating thoughtfully when needed. Strengthen our risk and control environment, ensuring audit readiness and consistent adherence to policies. Serve as the team’s go‑to SME, offering technical guidance, coaching, and cross‑training to elevate crew capability. Support leadership by fostering team proficiency and reducing key‑person dependencies. Build strong relationships with internal partners and custodians, leading the charge on escalations and high‑impact issues. Represent Corporate Actions in global forums, influencing enhancements to operating models and best‑practice standards. Champion workflow efficiency, helping drive system improvements that reduce risk and boost quality. Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives, using data and insights to identify trends and emerging risks. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Corporate Actions or related investment operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment under time pressure. Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Clear, confident communication skills—you can influence, collaborate, and educate others effectively. Demonstrated leadership behaviors with a positive, team‑first mindset.
