Overview
William O’Keefe Law is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to work in a hybrid role as a corporate administrative assistant and receptionist. It is a permanent, full-time position. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to provide client-centered service in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Answering and forwarding telephone calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Data entry
· General clerical duties
· Drafting, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
· Maintaining organized physical and electronic filing systems
· Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Opening files
· Assisting legal assistants and lawyers as necessary
· Other related duties as required
Education/Experience
· Administrative Assistant Certificate from a credited college
· Minimum of 1 year experience as a legal receptionist, experience with corporate law is considered an asset
· Strong customer service skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Exceptional administrative skills (proficient with MS Office)
