StuartCo is currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to join the team at our Corporate Office in Bloomington, MN. The Corporate Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support to executives, department leaders, and corporate staff. This role ensures efficient office operations, supports company initiatives, and maintains professionalism in all internal and external interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced corporate environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives or department leaders Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors Meeting & Event Coordination Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentation packets Schedule conference rooms and manage meeting logistics Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up action items Assist with planning company meetings, employee events, and trainings Travel & Expense Management Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders Track departmental budgets or spending as assigned Office Operations Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate with facilities and IT teams for office maintenance and support Communications & Customer Service Draft internal communications, memos, and announcements Respond to inquiries and route information to appropriate staff Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Project & Data Support Assist with project coordination, timelines, and task follow-ups Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools Conduct basic research and compile information as needed ________________________________________ Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification preferred 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a corporate environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask High level of professionalism and confidentiality ________________________________________ Key Competencies Customer service and interpersonal effectiveness Time management and prioritization Initiative and problem-solving Professional judgment and discretion Adaptability in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________
