Corporate Administrator - 12 Months Fixed Term
Salary: £26,466.68 p.a plus £2,602.60 location allowance
Hours: 35 hours a week – Monday to Friday on a rota basis
As part of the AXA Group, Taking Care provide around-the-clock TEC services to over 100,000 people throughout the UK. We are passionate about the instrumental role that TEC plays in allowing individuals to live independently in their homes for longer. At the heart of Taking Care are our Emergency Resolution Centres (ERCs). We also deliver our service in partnership with several local authorities and housing associations.
As a Corporate Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development Team to provide administrative support to our growing Corporate Customer base.
What we are looking for in our Corporate Administrator:
Ideally you will be an excellent communicator to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide administrative support to our corporate customers answering queries whilst ensuring contractual obligations are being met to the highest standard. You will be working under the direction of the Corporate Administration Manager delivering all day-to-day aspects of corporate admin duties along with problem solving and responding to unplanned demands.

The Corporate Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working closely with ERC to support Faults and escalate if required to aid resolution.
  • Co-ordinating Corporate Clients data cleansing in line with TSA standards.
  • Sending daily email messages to scheme managers (Mon to Fri)
  • Coordinate data working with Finance to ensure the Corporate Customer is invoiced correctly.
  • Working the relevant departments to ensure complaints SLAs are being met
  • Identify any improvements to streamline and make processes more efficient.
  • Produce statistical information and reports as requested.
  • Deal with telephone calls and provide advice and assistance appropriate to the nature of the request of our corporate Customer
  • Managing mailboxes to deliver a high standard customer service by answering emails promptly, dealing with the enquiry and responding efficiently in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure that precise information is taken and accurately input within Taking Care ERC platforms
  • To monitor High Intensity Callers to aid the appropriate support for the service user.
  • Processing corporates customers referral, faults, and collections
  • Support (if required) the onboarding of new customers)
  • Supporting other administration duties as and when required

Development and Training of our staff is really important to us; however, we will need the following core skills and experience to be able to fulfil the role of Corporate Administration Co-ordinator:

  • Proven experience of providing high-quality administrative support (essential).
  • Previous experience in a TEC environment
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a team
  • Effective and clear communication skills; both written and oral.
  • Able to deliver and complete tasks within deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to focus and prioritise tasks
  • Experience of organising and coordinating documents and reports.
