What you’ll be doing – The Role The Corporate Administrator oversees the day-to-day office operations and supports the company’s compliance, insurance, and risk management functions. This role includes coordinating office activities, managing auto and property liability insurance claims, and serves as a liaison between internal departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES Office Operations Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance and facility management. Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, organizing, and tracking usage. Coordinate and organize monthly luncheons. Supervise and coordinate all mail-related activities, including sorting, distributing, and forwarding incoming mail to appropriate recipients. Administrative Operations Input and update data in various systems and databases. Generate reports and maintain accurate records for team use. Assist in special projects and events as assigned. Assist in projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or implementations. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Prepare and distribute internal communications, and reports as required. Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs. Insurance Claims Management Manage the end-to-end process of auto and property liability insurance claims. Collect, review, and file documentation related to incidents, including police reports, photos, and witness statements. Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance providers, adjusters, and legal teams. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of claims and accurate documentation. Maintain accurate records of all claims and prepare reports for management.
