The Corporate Admissions Representative works to engage corporate partner employees, via presentations/information sessions, interview and enroll the quality and quantity of partner students necessary to ensure enrollment objectives and the needs of the students are met. The Corporate Admissions Representative plays a crucial role in promoting Sullivan University’s educational offerings by conducting engaging presentations both on campus and in the field. This position aims to generate inquiries and interest among corporate partners to encourage enrollment in the University’s programs. Weekly hours for this position will include two 9 am-6 pm days, two 10 am-7 pm days, Fridays 8 am-4:30 pm, and occasional Saturdays 9 am-1 pm. Responsibilities of the position include: Engage with corporate partners to promote Sullivan University and its educational offerings. Contact, schedule, and conduct all presentations in an assigned territory, using a multimedia presentation and supporting materials. Identify opportunities where they make presentations to employees/managers that may have a strong interest in SU programs. Collect inquiries and contact information from interested students so you can follow up and walk them through the application and enrollment process. Prioritize “hot” leads and set a time to interview them within 24-48 hours. Update and manage the CRM system daily to report on progress toward approved marketing plan, scheduled class bookings and input visits, presentations, and senior inquiry production. Represent the University in a positive light and uphold its values and standards. Keep current knowledge of presentation information, statistics, and industry/program data. Conduct all activities in accordance with highest ethical standards as this position is entrusted to run their territory without supervision with honesty and integrity. Responsible for walking students through the entire enrollment process as well as ensuring as well as ensuring they successfully engage in class through census. Facilitate campus events and employer events Responsible for student recruitment and retention. Partner with leadership to produce educational and marketing materials. Procure and follow up on referrals of prospective students from our corporate partners. Engage with partners managers to educate them on the benefits of the partnership for the company and its employees. Achieve department benchmarks along with their overall performance expectations. Manage all inquiries effectively, adhering to standard operating procedures and best practices. Conduct interviews and tours with prospective students to assess admission qualifications and program fit, ensuring enrollment in the most suitable program; recommend alternative programs as needed. Support on-campus events and informational meetings for corporate partners and their employees. Foster student retention through regular communication and engagement until class commencement. Promptly manage non-responsive applicants and provide accurate forecasts of new student numbers as required. Maintain precise and timely records of interactions with prospective students using student information and lead management systems. Meet ongoing enrollment and activity targets while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Participate in departmental events such as scholarship days, open houses, corporate events and graduation ceremonies. Adhere strictly to the SUS Admissions Code of Conduct. Stay informed about and comply with corporate, state, and federal regulations and policies relevant to Admissions. Guide students through the enrollment and registration process, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork, fee collection, and scheduling of necessary appointments. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Associate degree preferred 1-5 years of for-profit admissions experience/sales experience Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required. Basic knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures. Proficient knowledge of academic programs offered by the school. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends. Ability to function efficiently and utilize good time management skills in a fast paced and demanding work environment. Ability to effectively utilize a computerized lead tracking and data management system, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to hear and speak well enough to communicate with students, visitors, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone. Ability to conduct extensive phone communications with prospective or enrolled students. Ability to maneuver about the facilities to give tours to prospective students and families.
