What you’ll do: Drive and support communication and engagement activities with the firm’s 650 partners including webcasts and owner calls, CEO partner connect sessions, the annual partner and director summit, leadership notes, podcasts, videos and the partner SharePoint site. Play a vital role in turning strategy into compelling moments for partners, craft clear scripts and talking points, amplify two way dialogue, and translate insight into action. Partner with the partnership office, finance and operations and GB secretariat teams on key projects, issues and consultation activities, includes supporting delivery and execution of CEO succession communication and engagement plan. Work with Corporate Affairs leaders to develop strategies and implement partner engagement campaigns that are delivered on time, to budget and achieve impactful and measurable results. Use your excellent communication and stakeholder skills and experience influencing senior leaders to drive alignment across diverse teams and act as a trusted advisor on issues to internal stakeholders including members of the Management Leadership Team and the Governance Board. Lead the development and implementation of measures that assess the impact of partner communications and engagement and gather feedback for future improvement. Develop and maintain the firmwide partner communications and engagement calendar. Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously improve engagement effectiveness and efficiencies. What we’re looking for: An experienced operator with 3+ years of experience in either communications, people & culture, operations, marketing – or related field. You are proactive, understand the partnership and are keen to expand your experience to include communication and engagement, supported by strong, supportive leaders and team. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team A strategic thinker, with the ability to lead work and deliver quality outcomes in line with role expectations and strong writing skills. Agile and willing to lean into new challenges. Results oriented with strong project management skills. Able to develop relationships quickly, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders. Adaptable and keen to support your colleagues, willing to ‘jump in’ where needed and share knowledge.
