Do you want to boost your career in Corporate Affairs in a dynamic and global FMCG company? ? If so, you could become our Corporate Affairs Specialist for our UAE markets. In this challenging job you will work out of our Jebel Ali office in and you will report to our Regulatory Affairs Manager.

In this role your key responsibilities will be as below:

  • Act as the key liaison between business functions and local authorities, ensuring timely feedback and alignment
  • Coordinate with government entities on application submissions, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Manage administrative processes when it comes to shipment clearance, label approvals, samples collection and any other operational task that GM, HR or supply chain is doing today as a messenger between business and government
  • Apply for and renew licenses to support approved business expansions
  • Support the processing of inquiries and applications at various government offices
  • Provide regular updates to local and regional teams to ensure alignment and needed support
  • Handle and provide all the administration services

To be successful in this role, candidate should have

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Prior experience within the FMCG /Agency industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within
  • Diverse organizations and teams
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
